Mutt's favorite rice n' hamburger


2 cups rice
1/2 pound hamburger meat
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup carrots or broccoli or spinach
4 cups water

Put all ingredients into a large pot, boil until done, then cool off and serve.
